Three Concordia Softball Players Named All-North Central Kansas League

Three members of the Concordia High School Softball team were rewarded with selection to the 2024 All-North Central Kansas League team.

Seniors Erinae Flesher and Emalee Johnson and Junior Kenlee Williams received First Team All-NCKL nods.

Flesher led the team at the plate by batting .429 on the season with 33 hits, including 10 doubles, 22 runs and 8 RBI.  Flesher split time between first base and pitcher.  As a starting pitcher, Flesher made 11 appearances in the circle, completing the year with 44 strikeouts and a 4.33 ERA.

Williams, the team's starting center fielder, tallied 13 hits with six of them going for extra-bases, including two home runs.  She ended the season with a .217 batting average.  Williams also scored 15 runs and recorded seven stolen bases.  Defensively, she finished with a 92.6 percent fielding percentage.

Johnson, a signee to Cloud County Community College, hit .292 on the season with 19 hits, 15 runs and 12 RBI.  Johnson, the team's starting catcher, caught eight runners attempting to steal and had a 92.3 percent fielding percentage.

The Panthers finished their 2024 campaign with an overall record of 6-17.
