Concordia Track & Field Competes at 2024 Beloit Relays

The Concordia High School Girls and Boys Track and Field teams competed in the 2024 Beloit Relays on Friday, April 26th.

Concordia Freshman Hannah Bridwell posted 3rd place finishes in both the 800M Run and the 1600M Run.  Bridwell turned in a time of 2:29.25 in the 800M Run, and finished the 1600M Run in a time of 5:55.55.

Freshman Lillian Nuss recorded a 3rd place finish in the Girls 400M Dash in a time of 1:02.60.

Sophomore Kynlee Hamel captured a 4th place finish in the Girls 100M Dash in a time of 13.72.  Freshman Madalyn Bowers was 5th in the Girls 100M Dash in a time of 13.81.

Hamel notched a 5th place finish in the Girls 200M Dash in a time of  28.03.  Bowers picked up a 7th place finish in the Girls 200M Dash in a time of 28.36.

Hamel also posted a 4th place finish in the Girls High Jump with a jump of 4'10".  Freshman Gabi Lange was 5th in the Girls High Jump with a leap of 4'10".

Lange turned in a 4th place finish in the Girls Pole Vault with a vault of 9'0".

Sophomore Charlize Cash captured a 2nd place finish in the Girls 300M Hurdles in a time of 48.44.

Cash scored a 4th place finish in the Girls 100M Hurdles in a time of 17.23.

Cash also landed a 4th place finish in the Girls Triple Jump with a leap of 34'0.5".

The Panthers Girls 4x100M Relay team recorded a 4th place finish in a time of 52.05.  The Concordia Girls 4x800M Relay team was 5th in a time of 10:54.52, and the Panthers Girls 4x400M Relay team was 6th in a time of 4:23.92.

On the boys side, Junior Kaide Gropp posted a 2nd place finish in the Boys 200M Dash in a time of 23.34.

Gropp also posted a 4th place finish in the Boys 100M Dash in a time of 11.78.

Junior JJ Riley notched a 3rd place finish in the Boys Discus with a toss of 134'8".

Senior Cody Trost scored a 5th place finish in the Boys Long Jump with a leap of 18'10".

And the Panthers Boys 4x400M Relay team finished in 6th place in a time of 3:54.05.

Up next, Concordia will travel to Minneapolis on Tuesday, April 30th.  Events begin at 3 pm.
