Concordia High School Junior Luke Donovan finished as a state medalist at the 2024 Kansas State High School Activities Association Class 4A State Boys Golf Championship in McPherson on Tuesday, May 21st.

Donovan shot an opening round 77 on Monday, May 20th, followed by an 81 on Tuesday to tie for 16th place in the individual standings with a 158.

Donovan was the only Concordia Panther to make the cut at the end of the first day of state competition.  Concordia ended day one in 10th place as a team.  Other team members at this year's state tournament were Seniors Parker Teel and Lewis VanMeter and Juniors Andrew Henderson, Karson Lister and Lennon Ninemire.
