Concordia F&A Captures K-18 State Championship

Concordia F&A capping off the summer by winning the K-18 State Baseball Championship in Lucas on Wednesday, July 31.

Concordia F&A cruised to an 11-1 victory over Smith Center despite an hour and 20 minute delay due to thunderstorms in the area.

Concordia F&A outscored their three opponents 34-2 at state and became the first Concordia team to win the K-18 title since Concordia CNB did it in 2021.

Beloit Red rallied from a 5-0 deficit to beat Phillipsburg 7-6 in the third place game.

Phillipsburg was awarded the Sportsmanship Trophy.
