Con-Kids Wrestling Club Set to Host Youth Wrestling Tournament

Youth wrestlers, coaches, and families are set to converge on Concordia Junior/Senior High School for the one day Con-Kids Wrestling Tournament on Saturday, January 7th.

Doors open at 8 am Saturday for the 2023 Open & Girls Tournament.  Matches begin at 9 am and are expected to run to around 4 pm.

There is no admission charge for spectators.

Jeremy Will with the Con-Kids Wrestling Club says it's an annual wrestling tournament, with more than 600 wrestlers from the Concordia area and beyond expected to participate.

Will said the yearly tournament gives local kids more mat time, and it also serves as the organization's largest fundraising event for the year.

The Con-Kids Wrestling Club provides an opportunity for youth in the community to learn and thrive in the sport of wrestling.
