Cloud County Community College freshman Abdelaziz Benbrahim established a new school mark at the Steve Miller Invitational in Manhattan, Kansas on Friday, February 7.

Benbrahim, a freshman from Marrakesh, Morocco, set a new program record in the Men's 1,000M Run when he crossed at 2:25.40. Benbrahim broke the record of 2:26.18 previously set by Kenyi Santino in 2020.
