On June 17, 2025, Phillip Morgan Price, III, 25, passed away at his home in Hebron, NE. 

Phillip was born in Lincoln, NE on December 1, 1999 to his parents, Jason Phillip Morgan Price and Cheri Lynn Price. At the age of 6, Phillip was quite the entrepreneur. On his way to school, Phillip would pass by an elderly lady’s house and take her trash to the curb and she would pay him for it. At the age of 8, Phillip began riding bulls in Longmont, CO. At the age of 11, the family moved to Sand Lake, MI. As a teenager, Phillip moved to Hebron, NE, and lived with his grandparents Chuck and Barb Lewis. In high school, Phillip played football and was an excellent track athlete, qualifying for the state track meet. Phillip graduated from Thayer Central High School in 2019. He loved helping people and was extremely generous with his time. Phillip was such a hard worker and was always willing to lend a hand when needed. He was very committed to his community being on the City Rec board and was an active member of the Hebron Volunteer Fire Department, completing his open water dive training. Following graduation, Phillip worked in construction and later started his own contracting company as well as opening a firearms store. He had a love for animals and a love for spending time with his close friends. On October 12, 2024, Phillip married the love of his life, Hannah Cooper, in Deshler, NE.

Phillip was preceded in death by his grandfather, Phillip Morgan Price, grandmother, Linda Marie Nielsen and uncle Phillip Morgan Price, II.

Phillip is survived by his spouse, Hannah Price (Cooper); grandparents, Chuck and Barb Lewis; mother and father-in-law, Brad and Heather Cooper; sister-in-law, Ashlyn Cooper; parents, Jason and Cheri Price; brother, Trea (Jacob) Price; and sister, Naomi Price; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Phillip Price III will lie in state on Monday, June 23 from 1 PM to 7 PM at the Kroll-Massey Funeral Home in Hebron. A funeral service will be Tuesday, June 24 at 10:30 AM at St. Peter Church in Deshler with Pastor Brian Francik. Burial will take place in Lyons Cemetery in Lyons, Colorado.
