Traffic Stop in Concordia This Month Leads to Drug Arrest

A Glasco resident was arrested on multiple drug-related charges following a traffic stop in Concordia this month.

According to a report from the Concordia Police Department, officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street on Monday, June 3rd at 5:10 pm.  Officers later located the vehicle involved and conducted a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Lincoln Street. 

Further investigation led to the arrest of Kyle Hoppe of Glasco on charges of Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Possession of an Opiate, Possession of a Stimulant, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Interference with a Law Enforcement Officer. Hoppe was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
