Cloud County Community College's Proposed Technical Education & Innovation Center

Cloud County Community College has a distinguished history of providing excellent career-oriented curriculum since its founding in 1965.  The college is fully committed to building a Technical Education and Innovation Center to house its premier academic programs of Renewable Energy, Nursing & Allied Health, and Agriculture.  The proposed site for this new 33,725-square foot Center will be at the forefront and serve as the new front door for the main campus.

According to the Kansas Chamber's report, The Challenge to Compete – Kansas Workforce 2020, Kansas needs to build a talent pipeline that educates, trains, recruits, and retains a qualified workforce.  Cloud County Community College's Technical Education and Innovation Center is in direct response to these educational and workforce needs of Kansas.

Cloud County Community College Foundation Director Heather Gennette has announced an opportunity for you to be a part of this project.

The state of Kansas is offering a Community College Capital Improvement Tax Credit.  College President Amber Knoettgen says this tax credit is allowed for any taxpayer that contributes to a community college located in Kansas for capital improvements.  The credit is 60 percent of the total amount contributed during the taxable year.
