The Advisory Board of The Leva and Frank Duclos Foundation met on November 4, 2025, at 8:30 AM at The Citizens National Bank in Concordia, and approved distributions totaling $45,200.

Tuition Assistance / Scholarships – $5,000

Jamestown City Library - Purchase Movie Projection System and Young Adult Fiction Books – $800

City Employee(s) Tools – $2,000

Shared Treasures Boutique Shop - Utility Assistance – $500
