KNCK Radio Hosts Annual Lions Club Dallas Nading Memorial Radio Day

Concordia High School Seniors Hattie Blackwood, Carlie Carlgren and Ella Bottner Joined KNCK In Studio to Read Advertisements Live on the Air During the Lions Club Dallas Nading Memorial Radio Day on Wednesday, April 24th

Concordia Radio 1390 KNCK and 98.3 FM hosted the Lions Club Dallas Nading Memorial Radio Day on Wednesday, April 24th. This annual fundraiser assists the Concordia Lions Club with the many service projects that the Lions provide for the community.

The Concordia Lions Club has been serving the community for 86 years.

The event is named in honor of Dallas Nading, a longtime KNCK sales representative, who passed away in 2022 at the age of 86. Dallas was a member of the Lions Club for 65 years and held all the local offices.

During the event, members of the Concordia High School Student Council read ads from area merchants live on the air. Students that participated in this year's Lions Club Dallas Nading Memorial Radio Day were Keegun Beims, Catelin Benyshek, Hattie Blackwood, Ella Bottner, Payton Breese, Carlie Carlgren, Mahaylla Ratliff, Lewis VanMeter and Anna Widen.
