KDOT Announces Approved Highway Bids for December

The Kansas Department of Transportation has announced approved bids for state highway construction and maintenance projects. The letting took place Dec. 17, 2025, in Topeka. Some of the bids may include multiple projects that have been bundled based on proximity and type of work.

The following projects were approved in the local counties:

Clay ‑ 9‑14 KA‑7589‑01 ‑ K‑9, bridge #028 over Parsons Creek located 7.40 miles west of the K‑15 junction, bridge repair, Wildcat Construction Co Inc & Subsidiaries, Wichita, Kansas, $1,282,433.17.

Jewell ‑ 14‑45 KA‑7909‑01 ‑ K‑14, from the U.S. 36/K‑14 east junction north to the Nebraska/Kansas state line, crack repair, 15.2 miles, Pavement Pros LLC, McPherson, Kansas, $102,629.47.

Statewide ‑ 81‑106 KA‑7915‑01 – U.S. 81, multiple locations from the Cloud/Republic county line north to the Republic County/Nebraska state line; and in Cloud County, from 0.83 mile south of Vale Road north to the Cloud/Republic county line, crack repair, 14.7 miles, Pavement Pros LLC, McPherson, Kansas, $310,215.80.

Statewide ‑ 14‑106 KA‑7905‑01 ‑ K‑14, beginning at the Lincoln/Mitchell county line north to the south city limits of Beloit in Mitchell County, from the U.S. 24/K‑14 junction north to the Mitchell/Jewell county line, and from the Mitchell/Jewell county line north to the U.S. 36/K‑14 junction in Jewell County, crack repair, 39.7 miles, Pavement Pros LLC, McPherson, Kansas, $304,941.41.
