Goforth is New CFO at Republic County Hospital

Republic County Hospital has a new Chief Financial Officer.

Wesley Goforth, CPA, from Belleville has replaced Barry Bottger, who retired at the end of April after nearly 40 years at the hospital.

Goforth graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy. He became a CPA in 2018 and had since served as an assurance manager for Forvis Mazars US, a public accounting firm in Wichita, providing services for other Critical Access Hospitals and other industrial clients.

His first day was May 1.

Goforth is also a co-owner of Dairy Queen in Concordia.
