Tuesday, November 4

Officers received information about a burglary that occurred in Republic County. Officers conducted a search warrant at 102 E. 5th St. for the stolen property. The stolen property was located and seized. Officers are still working in conjunction with Republic County Sheriff’s Office; further information will be released at a later date.

At 4:19 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East 3rd St. for a civil standby.

At 10:26 AM, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Lincoln St. for a non-injury accident.

At 10:51 AM, Officers responded to the 700 block of Doster St. for a welfare check.

Thursday, November 6

At 10:55 AM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 7th St. and Lincoln St. for a report of a non-injury accident.

At 2:11 PM, Officers received a report of theft at the Police Department. This incident is still under investigation.

At 7:07 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West College Dr. for a report of an animal bite. This case was forwarded to Animal Control.

Friday, November 7

At 6:58 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East College Dr. for a report of a non-injury accident.

At 11:16 AM, Officers received information of harassment. At this time, no case is needed.

At 11:46 AM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 5th St. and Cedar St. for a report of a non-injury accident.

At 6:15 PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 5th St. and State St. Upon investigation, the driver Hunter Freeman, was driving on a suspended license. Freeman was cited for driving on a suspended license-habitual.

At 7:25 PM, Officers were dispatched to 300 block of East 12th St. for a report of criminal trespass. When Officers arrived on scene, the suspect was gone. No case needed.

Saturday, November 8

At 3:43 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West College Dr. for a welfare check.

Sunday, November 9

At 10:05 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East College Dr. for a report theft. This incident is still under investigation.

At 1:27 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East 8th St. for a report of a fight in progress. Upon investigation, it was a verbal argument, both parties were separated.

At 3:56 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East College Dr. for a report disorderly conduct.

At 15:59 PM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 7th St. and Lincoln St. for a report of a non-injury accident.

At 4:00 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of East 5th St. for a report of a juvenile runaway. The juvenile was located and taken to the Police Department.

Monday, November 10

At 1:50 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East 13th St. for a 911 hang up. Officers made contact with the individual, and everything was OK.
