Concordia's Got Talent Finalists Named, Final Performances Set for This Saturday

The Brown Grand Theatre has announced the finalists for Concordia's Got Talent.

Inspired by shows such as "America’s Got Talent," Brown Grand Executive Director Melissa Swenson says they wanted to promote the talent of North Central Kansas and the surrounding area.

Auditions were held Saturday, March 23rd in two divisions: Division I for youth 6 to 16 years of age, and Division II for adults 17 and older.  Acts were selected based on their stage presence and professionalism, technical ability, appearance/costume, creativity, appropriateness for audience and overall performance/difficulty of the act.  

Three judges selected the acts for the final show.

Finalists in Division I are Boedy Chavey, Kinley Huggans, Tess Larson, Wynn Larson & Faye Hodgson, and Brooklyn Seglem.

Finalists in Division II are Brandon Galm, Hank Letourneau, Yesmarie Oyola, Abigayle Polette, Colin & Wren Price and Sean Rugg.

The final performance will be Saturday, March 30th.  Division I will begin at 3 pm, and Division II will begin at 6 pm.

The grand prize winner in Division 1 will receive $100, plus a 2024-2025 Season Pass to the Brown Grand.  The runner-up will receive $50 and a 2024-2025 Season Pass.

In Division II, the grand prize winner will receive $250 along with a 2024-2025 Season Pass to the Brown Grand, while the Runner Up will receive $100 and a 2024-2025 Season Pass.
