Concordia Police Log for June 2-8

Monday, June 2
At 11:39 AM, Officers responded to 140 East College Drive for a report of a non-injury accident.
At 3:41 PM, Officers responded to the 700 block of East 11th for a report of a criminal trespass. After an investigation, it was determined that all parties were given permission to be at the property.
At 4:44 PM, Officers arrested Justin Banks of Concordia Kansas in the 200 block of East 5th on three Cloud County warrants. Banks was transported to Cloud County Corrections without incident.
At 7:54 PM, Officers spoke with a female subject at the Concordia Police Department regarding a civil issue. No report taken.
At 11:34 PM, Officers responded to the 1100 block of Cedar Street for a report of a suspicious person. Officer contacted one male individual. Everything was ok.
Tuesday, June 3
At 1:39 AM, Officers responded to the 1300 block of Lincoln for a report of a car alarm going off. Officers checked the area and did not locate any car alarms going off.
At 11:51 AM at 401 West 6th Street, Officers arrested Quenton Foulke on a Cloud County warrant. Foulke was transported to Cloud County Corrections without incident.
At 6:02 PM, Officers responded to the 400 block of West 17th for a parking complaint. Officers determined the vehicle was legally parked.
At 5:47 AM, Officers responded to the 400 block of East 9th for a non-injury accident.
Wednesday, June 4
At 8:08 AM, Officers responded to the intersection of 6th and Lincoln for a report of a traffic hazard. Officers were able to remove the debris from the intersection.
At 10:34 AM, Officers responded to the 1500 block of State Street for a report of a suspicious person. Officers located the individual and everything was ok.
At 2:38 PM, Officers with the Concordia Police Department, Animal Control and Concordia Fire EMS conducted a search warrant in 200 block of East 12th Street. Charges of animal cruelty have been forward to the Cloud County Attorney’s office.
At 6:14 PM, Officers responded to 7th and Olive for a welfare check. Officers contacted the individual and everything was ok.
Thursday, June 5
At 1:10 PM, Officers responded to 7th and Archer to serve a 24 hour vacate order. Trina Mcdonner of Concordia was given notice to vacate.
At 3:30 PM, Officers spoke with an individual at the Police Department. A report of criminal threat was taken. Charges will be forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.
At 3:48 PM, Officer responded to the 800 block of Washington Street for a report of criminal damage to property. The reporting party left prior to officers’ arrival.
At 4:09 PM, Officers responded to the 1300 block of Spruce Street to conduct a welfare check. Officers located the person in question and everything was ok.
At 5:03 PM, Officers responded to the intersection of 8th and Archer for a report of a two-vehicle accident with injuries.
At 6:23 PM, Officers responded to the 200 block of Valley for a reported traffic hazard. Officers were able to clear the road of any debris.
At 7:18 PM, Officers responded to the 400 block of West 10th for a report of a theft. Charges will be forward to the Cloud County Attorney.
At 11:05 PM, Officers responded 200 block of East 8th for a report of Criminal threat. Chargers will be forward to the Cloud County Attorney.
At 11:25 PM, Officers responded to the 200 block of East 8th for a report of theft. Investigation is ongoing.
Friday, June 6
At 5:29 PM, Officers responded to the 500 block of Washington Street for a report of suspicious activity. No report needed.
At 6:29 PM, Officers responded to the 200 block of West 11th for a parking complaint. The vehicle was moved by the owner.
At 10:04 PM, Officers responded to the 800 block of East 5th for a report of loud music. Officers contacted the residents and advised them to turn down the music.
Saturday, June 7
At 6:39 AM, Officers responded to the 1600 block Lincoln Street for a report of an abandon vehicle. The vehicle was removed by the owner.
At 3:24 PM, Officers spoke with an individual at the Police Department regarding a civil dispute. No report needed.
Sunday, June 8
At 9:46 PM, Officers responded to the 200 block of East 8th Street for a report of a suspicious person. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate anyone.
