Concordia Police Investigate Thefts and Animal Cruelty Reported for Oct. 22-27

On Tuesday, Oct. 22,
At 9:35 a.m., officers responded to a report of a theft in the 200 block of East 14th Street. This incident is under investigation.
At 1:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a theft in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street. This incident is under investigation.
On Wednesday, Oct. 23,
At 12 p.m., officers conducted a search warrant for animal cruelty in the 100 block of West 10th Street. Charges from this incident will be forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.
At 6:23 p.m., officers responded to a report of a theft in the 100 block of East College Drive. This incident is under investigation.
On Sunday, Oct. 27,
At 3:29 p.m., officers responded to a report of a theft in the 300 block of West Sixth Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of Trenton Aurand of Concordia on charges of theft. Aurand was cited and released from the scene.
