Concordia Fire and EMS Crews Average 3.3 Calls Daily in January

On Friday, Jan. 31,
At 9:16 a.m., Medic Four (M-4) was dispatched for a medical emergency. EMS staff did not need to transport any patients.
At 11:42 a.m., Ladder One (L-1) and Rescue One (R-1) were dispatched for a gas leak.
At 5:14 p.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. EMS staff transported one patient to the North Central Kansas Medical Center (NCKMC).
At 6:17 p.m., L-1 was dispatched for a smoke investigation. Fire and EMS staff did not find any fire.
At 11:18 p.m., M-4 was dispatched for mutual aid with Miltonvale EMS. The mutual aid request was canceled en route.
On Saturday, Feb. 1,
At 2:12 p.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. EMS staff transported one patient to the NCKMC.
At 9:48 p.m., M-4 was dispatched to the Cloud County Correctional Facility for a legal blood draw. No transport needed.
On Sunday, Feb. 2,
At 12:41 a.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. EMS staff transported one patient to the NCKMC.
At 8:57 a.m., M-4 was dispatched for mutual aid with Miltonvale EMS. The mutual aid request was canceled en route.
At 8:40 p.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. EMS staff transported one patient to the NCKMC.
On Tuesday, Feb. 4,
At 12:33 a.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical call. EMS staff transported one patient to Salina Regional Health Center (SRHC).
At 1:20 a.m., M-4 was dispatched for a medical call. EMS staff did not need to transport any patients.
During the month of January, the Concordia Fire/EMS department received 103 emergency calls, an average of 3.3 calls/day.
