On 08/08/2022 at 2359 hours, a deputy took a report of Domestic Criminal Damage to Property in Clyde. Charges are pending and no one went to Jail at the time of the incident as there was no physical contact.
On 08/08/2022 at 0546 hours, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located in the 1100 block of Noble Road.
On 08/08/2022 at 2006 hours, a deputy took a report of Theft in Miltonvale. The case is still under investigation.
On 08/10/2022 at 0118 hours, a deputy took a report of a Fatality accident in the 800 block of Rock Road. The case is still under investigation.
On 08/10/2022 at 0803 hours, a deputy took a report of Criminal Damage to Property in Jamestown. The case is still under investigation.
On 08/11/2022 at 0047 hours, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident in the 1400 section of 110th Road.
On 08/12/2022 at 0915 hours, a deputy took a report of a Domestic in Miltonvale. Both Ava Brown and Marvin Dale Shepard will be charged in the incident for various charges.
On 08/12/2022 at 1422 hours, a deputy took a report of a Domestic in Cloud County. After an on scene investigation, Keenan Joel Wurtz was arrested for Domestic Battery.
On 08/13/2022 at 1850 hours, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located in the 1500 block of 150th Road.
On 08/14/2022 at 1240 hours, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located in the 1400 block of Trail Road.
On 08/14/2022 at 2107 hours, a deputy arrested Larry Lynn Osbourn of Overland Park Kansas on an outstanding warrant.
