Cloud County Community College - Director of the Foundation

Cloud County Community College in Concordia, KS is seeking a Director of the Foundation.

The Director of the Foundation is responsible for leading and advancing the fundraising, donor relations, and development efforts of the institution under the supervision and direction of the President or the President’s designee.

The Director shall possess, at minimum, a bachelor's degree and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully lead fundraising and development initiatives.

Experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, advancement, development, public relations, marketing, sales, nonprofit leadership, higher education, or related fields is preferred.

The Director shall demonstrate excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; possess strong organizational and project management abilities; and demonstrate an understanding of and appreciation for the mission of Cloud County Community College and communicating CCCC's programs, services, and impact to donors, alumni, community partners, and other constituencies.

Experience working with charitable foundations, nonprofit organizations, or 501(c)(3) entities is desirable.  This is a full-time, 12-month position with a benefit package that includes health, dental and vision coverage, and paid leave time.
