The Cloud County Community College Agriculture program will hold a live demonstration with the Kansas Draft Horse and Mule Association on Saturday, October 10 at 8:30 AM out at the Agriculture Facility.

The Kansas Draft Horse and Mule Association will bring teams of draft horses to conduct a demonstration of how draft horses have contributed to agricultural history during the time where horses carried the brunt of the farming workload.

The draft horse teams will spend the morning spreading out a pile of compost at the CCCC Agriculture Facility, located at 1680 N 140th Road in Concordia.

Be sure to stop by the demonstration at 8:30 AM to watch the teams of gentle giants show what they are still capable of doing today, as they demonstrate the work of the past.
